Hordr documentation

Give coding agents isolated git worktrees and panes, with beans as their briefs. Two modes — single-bean fire-and-forget, or a fleet on a milestone.

Hordr is a herdr plugin. It wires three things together so an agent can pick up a unit of work, do it in isolation, and hand back a clean commit:

  • herdr — panes and linked git worktrees.
  • a harness — the agent itself (opencode, claude code, …).
  • beans — the work contract: milestone → epic → task.

The engine owns dispatch, rollup, and merge. Agents just work the bean in front of them.

One task, right now

Single-bean mode: one bean, one worktree, one agent. Fire-and-forget.

Single-bean →

A whole milestone, in parallel

Fleet mode: each epic gets its own worktree and lane; hordr fleet check advances them and merges.

Fleet →
